Shipping Policy

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of Order Confirmation, unless temporarily back-ordered. Thanks for your patience following Black Friday and Cyber Monday as we experience unusually high order volume, but please trust us your package will ship very soon! We do our best to keep the website updated with stock levels to prevent stock-outs, and will do our best to notify customers when longer shipping times are expected on certain items, so we appreciate your patience and understanding if something takes longer than anticipated.

Orders are fulfilled from our Minnesota warehouse for all US orders, and Manitoba for all Canadian orders.

All US orders over $50 USD, and all Canada orders over $75 CAD, will receive free shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Newfoundland, Labrador, Nunavut, Nova Scotia, P.E.I., and Northwest Territories).
